The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 16.06.2025, whereby objection of petitioner dated 09.06.2025 to provisional voters list was rejected.

Mr. Birajdar, learned Advocate appearing for intervener placed on record copy of election program published by Taluka Cooperative Election Officer, Taluka Gangakhed. 3.

In view of publication of election program, prayers in the Writ Petition cannot be considered. Hence, Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to petitioner to take appropriate remedy as permissible under law.
