These are three groups of appeals in which the delay is 3419 days, 3625 days and 3575 days, respectively. 2.

Applicants are ready to give up interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. They are praying for condonation of delay for the reasons stated in the applications. 3.

Nobody appears for the contesting party.

Learned AGPs oppose the applications.

The averments of the applications have not been traversed by the respondents. There is no reason for this Court to infer any oblique motive in preferring appeals belatedly. The applicants are ready to forego interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period.

In the matters in which there is delay of 3419 days there are lapses attributable to the claimant/applicant from 12.09.2022 to 23.08.2024. In the appeals where delay is of 3625 days, the lapses attributable are from 25.05.2022 to 23.08.2024. In appeals wherein delay is of 3575 days, the lapses attributable from 26.05.2022 to 23.08.2024.

The delay stands condoned in all applications on condition that applicants shall not be entitled for the interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period as well as period of lapses.
