CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

Dated: March 28, 2016 ...

PER COURT :- 1.

The impugned order dated 30.4.2011 passed by the learned District Judge, Beed in Misc. Civil Application No. 248 of 2010 is under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 ("the Act of 1890"). 2.

Learned Advocate for the respondent points out from Section 47(c) of the said Act that an order passed under Section 25 of the Act of 1890 would entitle the aggrieved party to prefer an Appeal to the High Court. 3.

In the light of the above, considering the effect of Section 47(c) of the Act of 1890, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before this Court. The time spent by the petitioner in this Court, from 18.8.2011 till the passing of this order, shall be a good ground for condonation of delay.
