After having heard learned counsel for the applicants at length, the Court expressed disinclination to grant relief. They, therefore, came around to withdraw the applications with liberty to move again after a lapse of certain time i.e. six months, if there would not be any substantial progress in the trial.

In view of the same, bail applications stand disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Trial Court is requested to frame the charge within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order and conclude the same as early as possible. The Court may do well to first examine the material witnesses in the case.
