Leave to amend the title clause with regard to the respondent No. 2.

Mr. Barlinge, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is admitted to the M.B.B.S. course. The validation proceeding is pending since December 2017. The validity certificate has to be submitted by 08th August, 2018 by the petitioner to protect her admission from the Scheduled Tribe category.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The petitioner has moved this Court on eleventh hour. However, taking into account the exigency of the matter, the respondents shall make an endeavour to decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner by 05th August, 2018. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26th July, 2018 and shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
