The present application is filed by the applicant for relaxation of condition No. 5 in the order passed by the in-charge Additional Sessions Judge, Parbhani on 22.11.2016. The condition is that, "accused shall not leave the jurisdiction of Parbhani without prior permission of the Court."

For relaxation of the condition No. 5 the applicant approached to the learned Additional Sessions Judge on which the learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-1 Parbhani has relaxed the condition

2 CriApln 3266/17 only for a period of two days. Now, a days the present applicant is required to travel from place to place for the purpose of business or other works. In such circumstances, continuation of such condition will cause inconvenience for the applicant for his day today work. Hence, following order.

O R D E R.

1.

The application is allowed.

2.

The condition No. 5 imposed by the in-charge Additional Sessions Judge Parbhani in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 596/2016 on 22.11.2016 is relaxed.

3.

Criminal application is disposed of.
