The petitioner seeks compensation as per the Consent Award passed on 30.10.2017.

We have heard the learned counsel for the respective parties and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3.

According to the petitioner, no other person is the claimant of the amount with regard to the acquired land of the petitioner.

If there is no objection with regard to the acquired land of the petitioner for payment of compensation, then the respondents shall make the payment of compensation to the petitioner within two months. In case objection is raised by the party, the appropriate authority shall take steps in accordance with law. 5.
