The Petitioner is challenging the order passed by the Scrutiny Committee directing validation of caste certificate issued in favour of Respondent No.4 - Abhay Sopanrao Khillare. Writ Petition is already dismissed as against Respondent No.4, as such the Petition cannot be

wp1543.08 proceeded in his absence. Apart from this, it is informed that the Petitioner as well as Respondent No.4 have retired on attaining the age of superannuation. In this view of the matter, the prayer made by the Petitioner in the instant Petition does not survive. The Writ Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.

In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, pending Civil Applications do not survive and stands disposed of.
