The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that he has already intimated the Deputy Director of Sports and Youth, Aurangabad, vide communication dated 27.01.2023, that if his grievance is not considered, he would file a complaint under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He submits that the Petitioner now desires to do it.
