Interim relief order has been operating in favour of petitioner/plaintiff from 6th August 2014. Learned Counsel fairly concur on that it would be expedient to direct the Trial Court to proceed with the suit expeditiously and till disposal of the suit interim relief as has been granted may be operative.

Accordingly writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to go on with the suit expeditiously and decide the same as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. 3.

Interim relief as operating hitherto shall be operative till disposal of the suit.

Needless to refer to that the issue with regard to regularization being the separate subject matter would not be affected by this order.
