The petitioner is seeking compassionate appointment as assistant teacher in the respondent No. 6 - school. The respondent No. 4 is an administrator of the society, which runs the respondent No. 6 - school. The petitioner applied for compassionate appointment to the respondent No. 5 on 19.08.2004. Since then her proposal is pending. 3.

Facts appear to be not in dispute about death of the husband of the petitioner. Therefore, petition is allowed by directing the respondent No. 5 to decide the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment within three (03)
