WP No.8774/21 College, Aurangabad has forwarded the communication that the fetus is already dead in utero, hence she doesn't require medical board opinion. Petitioner No. 1 is admitted in OBGY department for therapeutic termination of pregnancy.

In view of the above, no orders are necessary to be passed.
