After having heard the learned Advocates for a while, both of them have come around to make a statement that the appeal pending before the learned District Judge, Sangamner, would be worked out within a period of three months from today and till then the respondent No.1 - Municipal Council will not take any coercive steps against any of the appellants herein.

Learned Advocate for the appellants submits that the appeal would be worked out without insisting for paper-book and in any case, it will be argued within a period of three months herefrom.
