Learned Advocate for the Applicants submit that the learned SLAO had awarded the rate of Rs. 880 and 1000 per R in the respective LAR's. The same amount is enhanced to Rs. 2777 by the learned Reference Court. He submits that the enhancement is less than 4 times of the amount awarded by the SLAO.

2.

Application is vehemently opposed the learned Advocate for Appellants.

Considering that the amount of enhancement is less than four times than the amount of award by the SLAO, following order:

O R D E R

(a) Applicants, original Claimants, are permitted to withdraw 100% of amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking.

(b) With this, applications stand disposed of.
