DATE :- 14th June, 2016 Per Court:

The Petitioner is aggrieved by the interim order dated 01.04.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangamner below application Exhibit-5 in Criminal Revision No.17/2014 vide which the order of issuance of process dated 19.11.2014 passed by the learned JMFC, Sangamner under Section 498-A r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code has been stayed till the final disposal of the revision petition. *2* 4.cr.wp.917.15 passed the order dated 19.11.2014 in RTC No.261/2014. The impugned order is dated 01.04.2015 and this Criminal Writ Petition has been filed on 16.07.2015. It is given to understand that the revision petition is still pending. Considering the fact that almost 15 months have elapsed since the passing of the impugned order and the process issued by the learned JMFC having been stayed for all this entire period, I find it appropriate to direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangamner to decide the pending Criminal Revision No.17/2014 expeditiously. Considering this aspect, I am not entertaining this petition. In the light of the above, this Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangamner to decide Criminal Revision No.17/2014 as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30.11.2016. kps (RAVINDRA V.
