It appears from the record, that the revision applicant has challenged the order in execution petition wherein he was to pay the entire amount of Rs. 18,000/- towards maintenance to respondent no.2. By passage of time, since no stay was granted, the order of execution must have been implemented.

In view of this, the Revision Application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Rule is discharged.
