PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Considering the submissions and having regard to the contentions raised in the application for withdrawal of amount and the grounds of objections raised by the Insurance Company in the memo of appeal in exception to the impugned Award, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order, -

ORDER

i) The applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- from the deposited amount on furnishing an undertaking that in the event any BDV

BENCH AT AURANGABAD adverse order is passed against her in the appeal, she will re-deposit the said amount within four months of passing such order;
