The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the case is registered in the year 2008, however, till today, no steps are taken by the complainant. The applicant has to go

Taking into consideration the submissions of the learned Counsel for the applicant, the proceedings in RCC No. 10 of 2008 are hereby expedited. Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Soygaon, Dist. Aurangabad, shall make an endeavour to conclude the said proceedings within eight months from the date of this order.
