Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants. He submits that, the civil proceedings are pending between the parties. In fact, the complainant is encroacher. The allegations in the F.I.R. are false. Even if the allegations in the F.I.R. are taken in its entirety and read as it is, no offence is disclosed.

We have heard the counsel appearing for the applicants and perused the F.I.R. There is a specific allegation that on 29.6.2015 at about 10.30 a.m. the applicants came in front of the house of the complainant and threatened and asked Rs.5,00,000/- from them. In case of non-payment of such amount, the complainant was threatened that his family will be finished. The allegations disclose the offence which needs investigation. No case is made out for interference. Criminal Application stands rejected at this stage.
