ORAL ORDER :

This petition is filed for quashing and setting aside categorywise qualifying criteria for Lecturership eligibility in NET/SET examination on 17.2.2013. Along with the petition, copy of the decision rendered by this Court at Nagpur Bench vide Writ Petition No.4996/2012 (Neha Anil Bobde (Gadekar) Vs. University Grants Commission & anr.) along with connected petitions was produced. This decision was taken in Civil Appeal No.8355/2013 and other Appeals, which were listed on

(( 2 )) 19.9.2013. The Apex Court held that the Apex Court is not expected to interfere in the criteria fixed by expert like University Grants Commission. The appeals were allowed by the Apex Court and the judgment and order passed by this Court was set aside by the Apex Court. In view of this, nothing survives in the petition. In view of the settled law by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.8355/2013 and other appeals, the petition is disposed of infructuous.
