The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 is pending with the respondent No. 2.

In case proposal (page 27) seeking approval to appointments of petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 is pending with the respondent No. 2 , then the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on it own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
