PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioners seek payment of rental compensation.

It appears that, the petitioners had filed Civil Suit. The Civil Suit is decreed on 28.09.2015. The operative part of the order reads thus:

"1)The suit is hereby partly decreed.

2) The defendants do pay rental compensation of the amounts as shown in the chart drawn by this Court from the date of possessions till date of award i.e. from 16.07.2004 to 13.09.2007 along with 6% interest from the date of an award till the total realisation over the entire outstanding amount of land rent, after deducting the amount of land rent paid in

(2) 945-wp-9249-9250-2018 advance (if any)."

The Civil Court has already decreed the suit for rental compensation and decree is directed to be drawn. The petitioners may file execution proceeding seeking execution of the decree passed by the Civil Court, of course, if the same is not assailed in Appeal.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
