The applicants are seeking condonation of delay periods, as mentioned in all these applications, which appear to be caused due to their fnancial crisis.

The learned Counsel for the acquiring body strongly opposed the application on the ground that there is huge delay which is not properly explained.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the respective delay periods, in all these applications, stand condoned subject to the condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay periods. The appeals be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.
