PER COURT :- The petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents, to incorporate amendment or changes, in the award, declared under section 36-G of the National High Ways Act 1956, on 5.8.2014 in accordance with fresh valuation report dated 27.1.2015, submitted by respondent No.3 regarding the valuation of the well. It would be open for the petitioner, either to persuade the authorities, to effect changes in the award, if permissible within the frame work of law, or in the alternative to avail of remedies available in law for redressal of his grievances.
