1] Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.
2] Learned APP points out from paragraph no.6 of the affidavit in reply that the charge-sheet has been filed before the competent authority in this case.
3] The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not know about it and the petition has been filed for proper further investigation since according to the petitioner, the investigation has not been properly made. 4] In view of filing of the charge-sheet, we think, the
Cr.WP 919/15 - 2 - petitioner has remedy before the learned trial Judge where the charge-sheet has been filed. Hence, we pass following order.
5] The criminal writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to take such steps as are available in law after filing of the charge-sheet before the learned trial Judge.
