The petitioner claims that it is running the college having various faculties including Science, Arts and Commerce. The grievance of the petitioner is that for the commerce faculty the petitioner has not been given 'grant in aid'. 2.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted various representations for extending the benefit of 'grant in aid', but, the respondents have not considered and have not taken any decision on the representations made by the petitioner till date.

Keeping in view of the fact that the petitioner's claim

WP No. 9989/17 has not been decided, we are inclined to dispose of the petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a detail representation with supporting documents before the respondents within one month from today. On receipt of representation of the petitioner, the competent authority of the respondents shall examine the same and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law within three months. 4.

In case, the petitioner is found entitled for 'grant in aid', the same be extended in faovur of the petitioner within aforesaid period of three months.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
