Nikam, learned counsel informs to have instructions to appear for respondent no.2 and files his vakalatnama and affidavit-in-reply across the bar submitting the order to have been complied with and would be complied with in terms of the directions issued by this Court. Learned A.G.P. also files affidavit-in-reply of Respondent No.1. Same are taken on record. 2.

In the writ petition the learned A.G.P. made a statement that the meetings, as are required to be held as per the rules i.e. once in two months would be held. Based on the said statement, writ petition was disposed of. 1 / 2

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no regularity in holding the meetings has been observed.

We hope, the concerned authority would adhere to their statement made before the Court while disposing of the writ petition and if they are found to have breached the order, the petitioner will be at liberty to file appropriate proceeding against the concerned authorities. 5.
