Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 472/2024 dated 15.05.2024 registered at M.I.D.C. Waluj Police Station, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for the offences punishable under sections 307, 324, 323, 336, 341, 427 of I.P.C. and 135 of Maharashtra Police Act.

In the instant case, chargesheet is already filed and the injuries caused to the injured are simple in nature. It is also submitted that the main accused, who has inflicted the injuries, is also released on regular bail. In view of the above, I deem it appropriate that applicant needs to be protected by granting anticipatory bail.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in the following terms :
i] In the event the applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No. 472/2024 dated 15.05.2024 registered at M.I.D.C. Waluj Police
ABA 1178/24 Station, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for the offences punishable under sections 307, 324, 323, 336, 341, 427 of I.P.C. and 135 of Maharashtra Police Act, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. ii] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station from 25.11.2024 to 29.11.2024 between 10.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when required.
iii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iv] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, the bail shall be liable to be cancelled. 6.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
