PER COURT :- Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and the learned counsel appearing for the appellant in Criminal Appeal No. 498 of 2015. With their able assistance, we have perused the evidence of PW-1. He is injured witness. Prima facie, it appears that, the findings recorded by the trial Court are not in consonance with the evidence brought on record. In that view of the matter, the case is established for allowing the application seeking leave to appeal. Accordingly the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses `A', `B', `C' and `F' and same stands disposed of.
