The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition. He has already filed revision before the Honourable Minister against the Order impugned in this petition. He seeks direction to the Minister to decide the revision within a time frame. 02.

The learned Counsel for the respondent seriously objects on the ground that if his Writ Petition No. 11090 of 2019 is allowed, the revision application moved by the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 7502 of 2020 would become infructuous. He also objects so far as direction of time

Since the revision application has already been filed, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. 04.

The Honourable Minister shall decide the revision application as early as possible, preferably within a time frame of four months.

Needless to mention the revision application shall be decided on its own merits.

Office to keep the papers of this writ petition alongwith Writ Petition No. 11090 of 2019.
