Heard learned Advocate appearing for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

All the applications have been filed for cancellation of bail which has been granted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Newasa Dist. Ahmednagar. The ground on which the cancellation has been prayed is that, the respondent / accused is threatening to the applicant. 3.

When it was specifically pointed out to the learned Advocate of the applicant that, when it is in respect of breach of terms of condition to the bail and the concurrent jurisdiction is with the Additional

ACB 128-2020 Sessions Judge, then propriety requires that the applicant should approach the said Court.

Upon this, the learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, prays for the withdrawal of the applications with liberty to approach the concerned Court.

Learned Advocate for the applicant is allowed to withdraw all these applications and the liberty is granted as prayed. 6.
