By the order of this Court dated 22.04.2022 passed in Writ Petition No. 4363/2022, the Deputy Director of Education (Primary) was to decide the pending proceedings within two months. After the delay of 2 months, today, the said authority has passed an order, which is dated 24.08.2022. The proposal of the petitioner for grant-in-aid, has been turned down.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off. 3.
