PER COURT :- The petitioner prays for direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation tendered by him on 1.6.2011 expeditiously. We have perused the affidavit in reply tendered on behalf of the Deputy Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar. The petitioner contends that, the policy prescribed by the State Government supports his claim and that, he is entitled for sanction of posts of not-teaching staff. Without making any comment in respect of merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner in this petition, we direct the petitioner to tender a fresh representation to respondent No.2 within a period of four weeks from today. The respondent No.2 shall consider the same in accordance with the policy and regulations prescribed by the State Government, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
