Both these Bail Applications are taken up together as they arise out of one and the same crime.

Heard. These applications for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are filed by the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.129/2021, registered at Nilanga Police Station, District Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. 3.
The bail is mainly asked on the ground of party. The learned A.P.P. has objected to grant the bail applications in view of seriousness of the offence.

The fact is that, on investigation, the charge sheet has been filed. The trial has not yet commenced. Similarly placed co-accused have been granted bail by this Court. The present applicants, therefore, deserve grant of bail. Hence the order :-
O R D E R
(i) Both the Bail Applications are allowed.
(ii) The applicants be released on bail in connection with Crime No.129/2021, registered at Nilanga Police Station, District Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 302,

307, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act on their executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) each with one surety in the like amount. (iii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
