I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant, at length.

The learned APP submits that the trial has been commenced and even the prosecution has examined the victim. The learned APP submits that it is a case of gang rape and by order dated 4.8.2020 this Court in bail application no.571 of 2020 fled by coaccused Satish disposed off the application as withdrawn.

Though the learned counsel for the applicant vehemently makes submissions on merits, however, the aaa/-

BA 1295.2020.odt trial court is now seized with the matter and the trial has already been commenced. It is thus not appropriate on the part of this Court to make any observations on merits and release the applicant on bail. Hence, following order.

Application is hereby rejected.
