Heard rival submissions.

The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 1229 days, which appears to be caused due to his poor financial condition.

The learned counsel for the acquiring body as well as learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the application on the ground that, no reasonable cause is mentioned for condoning the 1/2

8-CA-10524-2016 delay and there is also circulation delay since, the applicant did not take any efforts to circulate the matter after 2016. 4.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 1229 days mentioned in this application stands condoned subject to condition that, the applicant shall not claim any interest for the period of aforesaid delay and also for delay in circulating the matter belatedly i.e. from 2016 up till now.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
