Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No. 83 of 2023 registered with Ramtirth Police Station, Tal. Biloli, Dist. Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that perusal of the

first information report does not show any abetment on the part of the applicant for the act of commission of suicide by the deceased. He further states that co-accused against whom similar role is alleged they already are enlarged on anticipatory bail by the Addl. Sessions Judge. 4.

Learned APP opposed the application by contending that the nature of harassment and its reaction between some person to person. 5.

Even if the statement of the informant is accepted as it is, it at the most reveals that there are disputes between the parties over the property and on 27/05/2023 an incident of quarrel occurred between them. This by no stretch of imagination can be considered as aiding, abetment or instigation abatement for commission of suicide. Hence the order.

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of applicants in connection with Crime No. 83/2023, registered with Ramtirth Police Station, Tal. Biloli, Dist. Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(ii) They shall attend the concerned police station once in a week.

(iii) They shall not contact the prosecutrix/ witnesses directly or indirectly.

(iv) They shall not interfere with the evidence in any

manner whatsoever.

(v) They are further directed to cooperate the investigating agency for further investigation.
