The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.108 of 2024 registered with Himayatnagar Police Station, District Nanded for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 395, 341 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by this Court. Hence, the applicant deserves parity. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant, Dnyaneshwar Tukaram Angulwar, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees

937-ba-1191-2024.odt (2) Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that; (a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and shall not involve in the similar crime. (b) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday of each month between 10.00 am to 02.00 pm till filing the charge sheet.
