The applicant invokes Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying for quashing of the FIR No. 359 of 2019, registered on 25-08-2019. The informant, a married woman, has alleged that the applicant, who is her husband's cousin brother, has committed an act in an agricultural feld, which is punishable under Section 376 and Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The learned advocate has taken instructions from the applicant and submits on the basis of instructions taken that the applicant desires to withdraw this application. 3.

In view of the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn.
