The petitioner prays that his application dated 06.01.2022 seeking payment of compensation is pending before Respondent No.3 / District Collector, Beed and the same may be decided within a stipulated period.

We have perused the application dated 06.01.2022 in which the petitioner has prayed that his land be acquired and compensation be paid.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The District Collector would consider the application strictly in accordance with the Law and policy that may apply to the land in view of the contentions put forth by the petitioner in the application. Needless to state, the application would be considered on it's own merits and we make it clear that we have not expressed any view as regards the contents of the said application.
