This is an application by the applicants for permission to correct the name of applicant No.1 i.e. Bhagirathibai Bapurao Todkar in the cause title of the memorandum of the First Appeal and in Civil Application No.661/2025 for withdrawal of the amount.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that, by order dated 07.05.2025, the reference court has directed that the name of Applicant No. 1

( 2 ) 941 CA 6861 OF 2025 be corrected as "Bhagirathibai Bapurao Todkar," which is the correct name. In view of this order, correction is sought in the cause title. Advocate Bhalerao, learned counsel for respondent No.1 does not dispute the position about order dated 07.05.2025 being passed by the reference court. 3.

In view of this, the Civil Application is allowed. 4.

Applicants are permitted to correct the name of applicant No.1 as Bhagirathibai Bapurao Todkar in the cause title of the memorandum of the First Appeal and in Civil Application No.661/2025 for withdrawal of the amount.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
