Applicant No.1/Accused is produced under warrant. He has filed an application for cancellation of warrant along with applicant No.2 who is yet not arrested under non-bailable warrant. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the following order is passed :-

ORDER

(i) Criminal applications are allowed.

(ii) The order dated 08.06.2023, issuing non-bailable warrant against applicant No.2 Ahilyabai w/o. Marotarav @ Maroti Sonvane, is called back.

(iii) Applicant No.1 Keshav s/o. Marotrav @ Maroti Sonvane be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Basmath, District Hingoli, with an undertaking that he shall attend the present proceeding on each and every effective date. Till he furnishes S.B. before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, he be released on P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/-.
