The civil application filed by the petitioner, proposes amendments from paragraph Nos.19-A to 19-G and a prayer clause C-1. The petition was filed in 2019. The proposed amendment is with regard to the subsequent events. 2.

The learned A.G.P. opposes the application. In the alternative, he submits that the respondents be granted opportunity to file an additional affidavit-in-reply.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed. The proposed amendment be carried out and a freshly typed copy of
