Learned Advocate for the Appellant submits that, the relative of the family members of the Appellant do not want to pursue with the Appeal.

In view the above aspect that Sole Appellant died, the Appeal abates and the same stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

Record and Proceedings be sent back to the learned Trial Court if received.
