Bhandari, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed on record the pursis alongwith the documents regarding the settlement between the parties that has taken place out of the court, on behalf of the petitioner, who is present in the Court today, and prayed for permission to withdraw the present civil revision application. The pursis is taken on record and

In the circumstances, the present civil revision application is allowed to be withdrawn, without any order as to costs. The revision application is accordingly disposed of.
