The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions that his representation dated 15.07.2005 is pending before the District Social Welfare Officer, Jalna. He places reliance upon the order dated 20.08.2019 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.12349 of 2018 and prays that the representation be considered in the light of this order. 2.

In view of the above and on the instructions of the Petitioners, the Writ Petition is disposed off. So also, the Civil Application is disposed off.

The representation dated 14.07.2005, being almost 18 years old, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that a fresh representation would be tendered to Respondent No.2 within 21 days, and the same be considered within a stipulated period. 4.

If such a representation is filed on or before 30.11.2023, Respondent No.2 would consider the same on its own merits and by following a due procedure laid down in law/Rules of the M.E.P.S. Rules, 1981, as may be applicable, more particularly Rule 25-A, within a period of sixty days.
