By consent of the parties, this matter was posted today for disposal as the litigating sides have arrived at a compromise. No direct or indirect financial burden has been placed on the State Exchequer. Petitioner Nos.1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 10 and respondent No.2 are present in the Court.

The consent terms (17 pages) are today placed on record jointly by the learned Advocates and the same is marked as "X" for identification. It is submitted that the terms of settlement are supported by individual affidavits of the litigating sides, who are identified by their respective advocate.
