It has been specifically observed that after the disinclination shown by the Court, learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, sought withdrawal of the said application.

There is no change in circumstance. There is no reason to entertain and consider the application filed by the present applicant before this Court for bail again on the same grounds. Hence, the following order:-
