Heard the learned Advocate for the applicants/petitioners and the learned A.G.P. on behalf of the State. 2.

These applications are filed within limitation. The writ petitions were dismissed in default on 01/07/2022 on account of

13089.22ca etc (2) non-removal of office objections.

Considering the above and in the light of the reasons set out, both the applications are allowed, on the following conditions:- (a) All office objections in both the writ petitions shall be removed on or before 07/10/2022.

(b) If the above direction is not complied with, the earlier order dated 01/07/2022 shall stand restored.

(c) After all office objections are removed, both the writ petitions shall stand restored at the stage, at which they were dismissed in default.

Subject to the above, list these writ petitions in the 'urgent admissions' category on 10/10/2022.
