ORAL ORDER :- 1.

The petition is filed for giving direction to respondent No.2 to consider the proposal given by the petitioner to grant permission for starting 5th to 7th Standards Classes in the Educational Institution of the petitioner, which is already running classes for 8th to 10th Standards.

Affidavit-in-reply is filed and the record is produced to show that there is already a Zilla Parishad School having such

In view of this circumstance, this Court holds that at present it will not be possible for the respondents to grant such permission and this Court is not feeling it proper to give such direction, as already one school of Zilla Parishad is in existence. If the circumstance is changed in favour of the petitioner, then he will be at liberty to approach the Authority again.

With the aforesaid directions, the Petition is disposed of.
